LOS ANGELES, CA – February 6, 2018 – At Sharktech it is a priority to constantly improve the client experience. Most of Sharktech’s recent improvements, such as the addition of CN2 bandwidth and upgrading its all-Cisco network, have focused on improving the technical quality aspect of the customer experience. Sharktech is pleased to announce a new billing option to make payments easier for Chinese clients.
In addition to current payment methods, Sharktech now supports Alipay for all payments. Alipay, the #1 payment method in China, offers a convenient way for Chinese customers to pay invoices on new or existing orders for all services, including dedicated servers and VPS. Alipay, or Zhifubao (支付宝) in Chinese, is larger than PayPal and processes 54% of China’s online payments. Payments are accepted via Alipay for all services.
Sharktech will continue to accept credit cards, PayPal, wire transfer, Bitcoin, and Western Union in addition to Alipay. Clients can choose this new payment option on the order form or whenever viewing an existing invoice.
Sharktech looks forward to continuing to improve service and convenience to its global client base in 2018. Sharktech reviews all feedback and does it’s best to implement client feedback whenever possible.
